The Institute of Risk Management South Africa (IRMSA) would like to recommend the AV & Beyond group for all services connected to events, conferences and functions.
We were extremely fortunate to meet Warren Freidin and his team, from AV and Beyond, in 2014 when we needed to find a new supplier for our technical support at our Annual Awards and Gala Dinner. Once we started working with Warren, we realised immediately that the service that we had been receiving over the years for all of our events, was not even close to the kind of support that AV and Beyond provide. The very first Gala Dinner that we hosted, using AV and Beyond, has allowed IRMSA to elevate the level of all of our events to a completely different level that we believe are now World class.
Since 2014, we have privileged to use AV and Beyond for all of our major events, such as our Annual Conferences, our Master Class extravaganza and International Summits. Not only has AV and Beyond assisted us with the technical support but with the growth of the company, our full scope of events needs are now covered through the AV & Beyond network of companies, with our entertainment needs, professional speakers, imagery, décor, photography, etc.
We are now able to conceptualise our ideas at the beginning of our projects, with the AV & Beyond Team, and create a holistic event where the full show, becomes an experience which is then expertly supported by the technical expertise that enhance all aspects of our events. It has been incredible watching how our events come alive and our members and delegates benefit from the experiences that we bring to them each year, which are most definitely enhanced year after year.
Working with the AV and Beyond Team has developed into a relationship built on trust, where we know that our events are seamless from start to finish, but where we enjoy the engagement and fantastic ideas that we get from the team. Each year is fresh and different, and we have only benefited from this relationship. Every aspect of our event feels important when working with this team, which not calms all nerves but ensures a well run and well executed event. We will only work with the AV and Beyond Team now for all events at IRMSA, as we would not be able to replace the support or energy that we receive from any other supplier.
